  1). A recent (new) baptism Certificate with information on other sacraments.
  2). If married civilly, copy of your marriage license.
  3). If married previously and now divorced: Certified copies of the marriage license, divorce decree, and proof of child support.

  All couples residing outside the Diocese of Brownsville must submit an application for approval at least 12 months before the requested wedding date.
  Churches must send the complete marriage packet from their diocese to the Diocese of Brownsville at least 30 days before the wedding date. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the event.
