- Important Note:
  
  After the form is submitted, parents must bring the required paperwork to the offices and pay the fees (if necessary) BEFORE the Baptism can be scheduled.
  Parents are the only ones authorized to register their child for Baptism, and both parents must agree to the extent possible with the child receiving the sacrament.
  Parents and godparents MUST complete the Baptism Preparation Course before Baptism.
  Baptism is a Sacrament that is received in public. There are NO Private Baptisms.
  Please plan ahead if your godparents will be traveling or if you need to purchase an outfit. Dates are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis once everything is completed.
